The Purpose of the Society: to serve as a professional organization of clinicians, technicians, researchers, students, and other professionals. The American Balance Society is comprised of members who have an interest in vestibular and balance sciences and the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with vertigo, dizziness and impaired balance.
